After Northwestern, Meridith worked at Marvel Entertainment Group (Marvel Comics), where she focused on business development.
At NYU, Meridith was part of the Stern Women in Business Association and Vice-President of the Graduate Finance Association.
After completing her MBA, Meridith spent 15 years working in investment banking, both in New York and Chicago. Dennes began her career in the summer associate investment banking program at Bear Stearns. She then went on to work in leveraged finance and sponsor coverage at Banc of America Securities and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
Outside of her formal work experience, Meridith is an avid skier. She is a member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and has taught people to ski in Stratton, Vermont for years. She has also had the opportunity to lecture nationwide on the topic of work-life balance and career change. She has spoken at the Pennsylvania Convention for Women, the Massachusetts Convention for Women, NAWBO and New York University. Meridith has been published in Huffington Post and Working Mother.
