Work Experience

I am equity-minded professional with experience in both public private sectors. I’ve worked on corporate strategy projects at Citigroup in addition to anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention at American Express. I’ve also worked on urban planning projects with the City of Ithaca Department of Planning and NYC Cornell Tech Campus. I understand the nuances of degree selection and navigating dual degree. As an alumnus of a public policy program and business school, I also understand the decision making apparatus around selecting graduate programs not only in public affairs, but education, public health, social work, law, and business as well and the associated intersections therein.

During my tenure at Cornell and Yale, I was heavily invested in career coaching and mentoring of undergraduates—advising them on course selection, career mapping, internship preparation, graduate school application, and scholarship strategy. I’ve also served as an Alumni Interviewer for Penn in addition to an admissions committee member for Yale’s Global Pre-MBA Leadership program. Along my journey, I have a first-hand and a third-party perspective on the strategic approach applicants must take to position themselves amidst the applicant pool and how they can tailor the aforementioned positioning to the unique institutional traits of each graduate program. I’m a creative, friendly, and savvy strategic thinker who enjoys aiding individuals in reaching their career goals.

I love the opportunity to help alleviate the stress and reassure applicants they already can or attain the necessary pieces of the puzzle. I’m just here to help place the pieces together seamlessly and shine light on their amazing talents.
